Doctor :   As you would have noticed the prevalence of Viral fever has been more than normal in the past couple of months

Doctor :   The symptoms, most importantly body pain and particularly joint pain will take sometime to subside
Doctor :   Probably a couple of weeks (minimum) to sometimes a month or so
Doctor :   It is essential that you continue to take atleast 2 litres of water of day
Doctor :   and focus a lot on your nutrition
Doctor :   plenty of green leafy vegetables
Doctor :   juice once a day will help

Doctor :   avoid too much travel in the sun
Doctor :   and stay indoors unless it is work related and absolutely required
