User : I met with an accident 5 years ago and got multiple fractures in my left wrist.Due to my exams, I was unable to complete my physiotherapy. Then on I get shooting pain (especially during winters).

User : I did physiotherapy last year but still face the same problem.
Doctor : have you taken an x ray hence?
User : Yes
User : As per the Xray my bones are fine.

Doctor : is it just the pain or you have any tingling or numbness at hte place
User : no I get shooting pain at times. There isn't any specific trend that I have noticed.

Doctor : the next is with the same hold do wrist rotation , you have to take care that you do it slowly

Doctor : so this exercise for 5 times in clockwise and anti clwse direction

User : Another point which got highlighted during my recent visit to an orthopedic was that one of my nerve is getting pressed by a bone.
