User :   i dont know.. i feel heavy thats it.. she said there is no lump
Doctor :   Do not Worry and do not panic.
Doctor :   Fibrosis occurs in breast due to healing of an old wound , like small bleeding inside your breast.

User :   they simply ask for all type of medical test
Doctor :   I suggest you not to go in for any tests as of now,
Doctor :   give hot water fomentation locally in case of severe pain.
User :   no.. my legs pain before my cycle.. thsi is new and occurs daily irrespective of my menustral cycle
Doctor :   It can also be due to underlying problem in the Ribs or also the muscles.
Doctor :   Get examined properly by a doctor before going in for any tests.
User :   i got x ray done.. even that report is normal
User :   ecg is normal
Doctor :   It can also be totally not related to breast problem.
User :   last is memography.. what exactly is that
Doctor :   Did you get Mammography done?
User :   no was planning to do it on weekend..
Doctor :   X-ray rules out any pathology in the bones and thoracic cage, ECG is normal
Doctor :   I suppose this pain is just because of hormonal imbalance.
User :   how long will it take.. i am really tired..
Doctor :   Mammography is again a radiological investigation to look for any lumps or swellings or small problems in the breast tissue
Doctor :   Do not Worry . It can be Psychological also.
Doctor :   Are you stressed out or is there any underlying fear of any breast disease?
User :   yes i cry a lot...almost everyday.. is there any chance that that cud be the reason
Doctor :   Most probably, I do not see any valid reason for the pain.
User :   its not psychological.. i am tough otherwise.. but i am worried that since it is not getting
User :   cured.. it shud not turn out to be big in future
Doctor :   I suggest you to stop worrying, Avoid stress and also it is not necessary to do Mammography at the present.
Doctor :   Is there any family history of Breast disease?
User :   no not at all
Doctor :   I feel it is Psychological almost 90%. you can take pain killers for the pain to subside.
Doctor :   Hot fomentation locally will definitely help.
Doctor :   Going for Mammography should be your last resort.
User :   Am i suppose to visit any doctor .. how long should i wait... the hot fomentation i must take for how many days
Doctor :   Take hot fomentation when the pain is sever at home.
Doctor :   Wait for a week for it to subside, you can see a doctor later if your pain does not subside.
User :   one more thing... can memography be doen during periods
Doctor :   Yes, Of course.
User :   Ok .. Thanks.. i will wait for a week and see if the pain subsides
Doctor :   But it would be better if you get it done after your periods for better evaluation of the breast tissue
Doctor :   Please do wait and Watch.
User :   Sure.. will consult u again may be next week .. till that time i will observe
User :   hope memography has no side effect
Doctor :   Sure, Wishing you speedy recovery and stop crying.
Doctor :   No, It doesn't have any side effects. Relax.
User :   Thanks again... it gave me lot of relief.. thanks :). .. hope things turn good soon and i dont shed tears
