User :   My left arm has been in a little bit of pain of today, and feels somewhat numb.
User :   and my chest has hurt a little as well. These are symptoms I've had in the past (2ish years ago) and I had chest x-rays and EKG's done and they were all clear.

User :   above the elbow, before the shoulder
