User :   hi
Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :   .
Doctor :   how can i help you?
User :   i am having pain in my left ankle mostly during rainy season, what should be done?
User :   hello
Doctor :   Since when are you having the pain ?
Doctor :   Are you injured ?
User :   this is the second time, last i had last yr.
Doctor :   did you have any injury in past ?
User :   yes i had ankle sprain during mountain trek last yr in may. I used cold water therapy and applied some balm and the same was cured.
Doctor :   Did you role out any fractures by getting an xray done soon after your injury?

Doctor :   rule*
User :   no, since the same was cured and took me out of pain, i never got the x-ray done.
Doctor :   Ok Since how many days you having pain this time ?
User :   last 4 -5 day
Doctor :   Ok, is the pain this time spontaneous or you had any injury ?
User :   dont' know this exactly.
Doctor :   Since the pain in the last year has subsided soon, ligament injury cannot be ruled out , such pains are reversible if there is any minor amount of strain in the joint
User :   should i get the x-ray done
Doctor :   i would suggest you not to rush for xray now first go for immobilization by applying CREPE bandage and so,e pain killers to bring down your pain
Doctor :   Apply the crepe bandage for 2 weeks if the pain does not subside then you can go for xray

Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   ok, Dr. ... i will do that. Do i need to apply any ointment
Doctor :   I would prefer oint than tab , yes you can go for it
User :   any tablet which u prescribe
Doctor :   Tab Diclo 50 mg once a day in morning after food for 5 days will do you can apply oint simultaneously twice a day
User :   ok; thank you Dr.
