User :   Well, i had laproscopic heart surgery in 1996 to correct a Patent Ductus Arterosis, and recently i have been experienceing about 1-2 times a month, sharp, knife-like pains in my heart region lasting up to a minute, that get worse when i inhale. Is this anything to be concerned about?
