User :   my mid section all around is achy,like when I cough it kinda hurts, my left arm is my neck is the same..any ideas

User :   no..just like achy..not painful..just annoying aches?

User :   not really..can't remmeber..don't think started about 4 days a go or so

User :   umm my bum hurts..but I fell on it sliped on ice about 4 days ago too..if that means radiating..just all over..
Doctor :   yes, the pain can be related to the fall

User :   how long should I wait and see before going to a doctor?
Doctor :   i will advice you to apply DICLOFENAC gel over the affected parts .
Doctor :   try this for three days if do not come down then visit your GP for a detailed examination

User :   not sure how long its been...but I am experincing severe needle like pain in the left on the side..sometimes it really gets painful?

Doctor :   ok, could be a tendon inflammation , apply crepe bandage it will help
User : comes and goes..what makes that happen?
Doctor :   any kind of shearing movement or even nutritional influences can act
User :   any possiblity of an arthristis?
Doctor :   no , i do not think , as arthritis pains are continuous
User : for days on end?

User :   cause this usually happens at night and last for about 1-3 hours
