User :   that time
Doctor :   ok, did you get Xray of the joint during that time ?
User :   no.. I havn't.
User :   Is it that serious ?
Doctor :   well you have to get an xray done , the ankle joint has smaller bones called tarsal bones dislocation of the them may not present with acute pain but mild pain for long run
User :   is it curable ?
Doctor :   and any trigger like any kind of strain on the joint or mild skid may increase the intensity of the pain
Doctor :   yes , it is curable
User :   so whats ur advice ?
User :   which x ray test to go for ?
User :   should i meet a specialist or G.P.?
Doctor :   you have to get an xray done , and present it to an orhtopedician who will reduce the dislocation and advice immobilization which will help
User :   WHAT IS immobilization ?
Doctor :   go for a ANKLE joint Anteroposterior and lateral view xray
Doctor :   immobilization may involve braces or splint which will restrict the joint movement and prevent further damage on the joint
User :   ok..
User :   for a week or so ?
Doctor :   And apply VOVERON gel for the relief from pain
Doctor :   the duration of immobilization depends on the severity of the dislocation
User :   ok my gel Esgipyrin give me temp relief
User :   its Diclo, capsaicin
Doctor :   yes , you can continue with that
User :   but its may not be related to ligament in ur opinion?
Doctor :   dislocation of joint also involves ligament injury which also can be a near possibiltiy
User :   only an orhtopedician can comment on that ..right ?
