User :   i was diagnosed with a cervical strain 2 months ago had blood tests and x rays both came back good now i developed severe pain in upper back doctor told me it was a soft tissue thing would you agree

User :   never been hurt before and pain is severe really freaks me out would i have other symptoms if it was something else
