User :   Last week I did chat with regarding my reddish eye
User :   It was more reddish on Thursday so I went for a check-up on Friday

User :   They gave me some three types of drops

User :   Doctor said it is kind of infection and gave three types of drops
User :   one to use for two weeks and other two are for 3 months
User :   Subsequently along with my eye issue I have pain on back of my head. It is very dull pain and some times I dont even feel it
User :   It is actually occurring behind my right ear
User :   far behind my right ear
User :   Now I am not sure why the pain is coming like that
User :   I also have neck pain
Doctor :   Ok, do you have any rashes near the face or ears.
User :   hmm I dont see any
Doctor :   You might be having a viral infection affecting eyes and face.
User :   ok
User :   but I dont feel anything on face
User :   only thing is it is behind my ear and other day I used a bud to clean my ear.
Doctor :   Did you have this pain when you went to th doctor.
User :   When I went to ENT he looked at my ears and gave me ear drops to clear the hard wax
User :   Yes I have but very dull
Doctor :   It might be affecting the nerve of your face
User :   This pain I dont feel always
Doctor :   ok. There is a possibilty of wax.
User :   Do you think I need to see a neuro?
Doctor :   For headache take mild paracetamol tablet.No not necessary.
Doctor :   No such symptoms.
User :   ok I forgot one more thing

User :   Recently I am getting mild tingling in my left foot, it comes suddenly, stays for some time(varies) and goes automatically
Doctor :   That is common phenomenon, sometimes when you sit or stand for long periods it happens.
Doctor :   Do you smoke or drink?
User :   no bad habits
User :   this tingling is very mild and comes suddenly
Doctor :   ok, good. what is your weght, height and age.
User :   age : 31, weight 60, height 5.5
User :   Some times while I walk, I feel tingling
Doctor :   You are having right weight. Do you exercise veryday.
User :   Every morning I do 15 mins walking, 5 namaskara and 20 minutes breathing exercises
User :   I am going to learn yoga from tomorrow onwards

Doctor :   Do you have any medical illness.
User :   I have gastric problem and for that I am using homeopathy
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Has it reduced.
User :   It is ok now when compared 2 months back
User :   What I observe is my neck really pains a lot like when I press on right side of my neck just below ear I feel pain, do you think it may be causing dull pain in my head, also when I wear helmet I am feeling the head pain a little

Doctor :   Is it present on both sides.
User :   Its more on right side

User :   I dont see any swellling

User :   BTW, I have sever D3 vitamin deficiency and mild B12 deficiency
Doctor :   It could be because of headache or as you say wearing a helmet

User :   But neck pain is common for me, I work in IT industry and most of the time work with laptops
Doctor :   Are you a vegetarian?
User :   yes pure vegetarian
Doctor :   that is the reason for this deficiency.
User :   hmm :)
User :   I am currently taking neuromin syrup for B12
Doctor :   You will have to eat more of dairy products
User :   ok
User :   I take milk two times in a day
Doctor :   Yes along with that eat paneer, cheese, milk, soya products,curds.

Doctor :   2 glass is not enough.

Doctor :   Along with that exposure to sunlight is must.
Doctor :   Otherwise your body wont produce enough VIt D3
User :   I try to roam in sunlight in the morning but it is very difficult to get sunlight :(
Doctor :   Yes, that is true, expose in the early mornings, 7 to 10

User :   along with neuromin do you think I need to take other tablets
Doctor :   you can take calcium tablets for a month.
User :   ok

User :   thats it madam, so as per you, I dont need to worry about the tingling and head pain. I will continue taking vitamin supplements
