User :   SIR I AM AENGINEERING STUDENT...and college is away from population....... No not physical examination of testies....
Doctor :   how long have you been having this problem?
Doctor :   From what you have told me you most probably have an Inguinal hernia on the left side- which will need to be confirmed by physical examination

Doctor :   so you need to see a general surgeon- who will be able to help you with the treatment
Doctor :   surgery may be required
Doctor :   will be required if it is a hernia
User :   sir pls tell me it is a fully curable desease... i mean is this will effect my reproductive ability
Doctor :   No AAAAAAA From what you have told me- it is most probably a hernia
Doctor :   which is not a problem with your testis- it will not affect your reproductive health
Doctor :   But it can cause life threatening complications if is a hernia- and gets stuck
Doctor :   As you said the swelling increases and decreases
Doctor :   the hernia goes in and out- if it gets stuck- that is does not decrease- then surgery will have to be done immideatly
Doctor :   It is not possible to predict if and when this may happen- so surgery is the choice for treating hernia
