User :   I felt some no point mine or girl's underwear came off
User :   but some risk is there?
Doctor :   and since your PCR DNA has come back normal, there is no need to do repeat ELISA
Doctor :   yes it is a reliable test
Doctor :   and if it is negative, it means there is no infection

Doctor :   have you followed what I said?
User :   yes doctor
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me . bye for now.
User :   ok bye
User :   just last question
Doctor :   please proceed
User :   Is ELISA test is same everywhere in all the lab.
Doctor :   yes it is
User :   coz i read there are different generations of this test
Doctor :   they are the same, based on which generation they do,
Doctor :   which would depend on after how many days of exposure you are doing the test
Doctor :   and nowadays the latest technique is used everywhere
User :   3 months is conclusive for all generations?
Doctor :   so you can be sure to get accurate results
Doctor :   if PCR DNA Is negative, it itself tells that you DO NOT have the infection
Doctor :   and there is NO NEED to repeat ELISA after 3 months
User :   ok
User :   I will not repeat the test
Doctor :   you need to relax first
User :   just asking if 3 month is conclusive for any ELISA test
Doctor :   PCR DNA is a more accurate test since it looks out for the viral DNA in you
Doctor :   if it has not detected it
Doctor :   it means that there is no infection at all
Doctor :   if you still have doubts about it, then i guess it is better that you have a counselling done by an AID/HIV specialist
Doctor :   since my collegues and evn I am telling you the same that PCR DNA coming as not detected confirms that you do not have infection and that there is no need to do any further tests or repeat ELISA
