User:for the last year 1 year i was staying in trivandrum and ate food from outside. I thing that i ve put on weight .

User:i wanted to reduce my weight
User:my height is 5 ft 10 inches and weight is around 85 kgs.

Doctor:So we definitely have to take this situation, heads on
User:may be.. and i ve been smoking for the past 2 yrs

Doctor:Then have breakfast like 2 roti+sabji/wheatflakes/poha/2 toast+egg white/3-4 idlis +sambhar

Doctor:then around 1 pm , have the rest of your luncch
Doctor:whatever you have
Doctor:say 1 roti+ dal/sambhar+rice+vegetable
Doctor:Around 4 pm, have boiled corn/poha/sandwich (without cheese and mayonnaise)
Doctor:then around 7-8 pm, have dinner
Doctor:similar to lunch

User:yes. i am advised to come on shifts in my office. is there anything that will affect me.

User:my shift is from 2 to 11.

Doctor:People with a night shift have a problem
Doctor:They have more chances of gaining weight, high blood pressure, high stress levels
