User :   and tobacco packets per day 10 to 12
Doctor :   Tobacco will reduce your appetite and kill craving for food.
Doctor :   On long term it will also decrease absorbtion of nutrients in the stomach
Doctor :   There by not let you have the necessary supplemnts ultimately leaving undernourished
Doctor :   That will also lead to oral/ stomach ulcers which decreases the interest for food

Doctor :   When you dont have food the glucose in body gets down leading to hypoglycemia which causes headache
