User :   Hi, I'm a 23 year-old male. For over a year now, I've been having times in the day (almost everyday) where my throat/neck gets tight and it feels like my t-shirt is really tight around my neck. My neck also feel very weak and it feels straining to hold the weight of my head. I also become sensitive to light and everything around me becomes very dim and dark. Plus, I have sometimes have an irritation on my whole arm, like a restless/slight burning feeling.
