User :   Hi, I think that I might have a problems

User :   I have been on a diet for a couple of weeks now, and the symtom went away, so I did not think about it, but lately I searched it up and think That I have a problem
User :   I was seeing an 'oil' like discharge with my stools

User :   but after I started eating properly it went away
User :   yesterday I had a Macdonalys, and there it was again

User :   I am on a balaced type of diet... I was a little overweight

User :   I'm now eating 500g chicken + green vegs + rice +
User :   it used to happen before , but i was not paying any attention to what I was eating...

User :   now they went away.... but reappear when I eat junk food
Doctor :   If these are isolated events occuring once in a while after a heavy meal, mainly high fat diet, then

Doctor :   I would suggest you to restrict high fat diet, to prevent these episodes from occurring again.

User :   yes.... as I said before current diet is based on rice, chicken(or fish), veg. I also take 1oml olive oil with each meal

User :   I managed to loose all the extra weight this way?
User :   loads of vegs...
Doctor :   Weight reducing diet depends on calorie requirement, if you are satisfied with weight reduction, you can continue with the same diet.
User :   ok then... thank you so much.... I was very afraid that it might be something very very serious

Doctor :   Restrict the use of high fat products such as high fat milk, diary products, and junk food products which contains high fat such as hamburgers and so on.
User :   yes, I could have avoided it yesterday
Doctor :   yes, you will need evaluation and specific measures, only if you persists to have steatorrhea.
