User :   I'm 30 years old

User :   I have a peculiar problem from past 3 years

User :   I met almost all the doctors with all the specializations ...
User :   But I'm not able to get the solution
User :   Here is my problem
User :   3 years back, oneday
User :   when I went back from office , My whole body got shivered.
User :   Immediatly, I went to nearby hospital

User :   They examined and told me that , your blood suger level is low
User :   They have taken ECG and it was normal
User :   BP was also normal.
User :   They asked me to take good food.
Doctor :   ok
User :   From then on, I'm taking good food . and on time also.

User :   But I got the same problem again after one week of the first episode
User :   This time, I met a neurologist.
User :   I have gone through all the tests, from EEG to some tests related to epilipse , MRi also
User :   every thing was negative.

User :   But , Blood test has shown that Vitamin B12 defeciancy.
User :   But I'm a non vegitarian.
User :   One of my family doctor told me that , The simptoms that I told are are not of B12 defeciancy

User :   I have gone through all the cardioc tests and they are also negative.

User :   it is not exactly the shoulder. the pain is just below the shoulder

User :   I just do some stretches
Doctor :   I think the back pain is more of poor posture at the desk and lack of regular exercise in the morning
