User:i am not getting sleep from last few days so please suggest wat to do
Doctor:may i know ur age, ? and ur occupation ?
User:26 and software engineer
Doctor:how did it start ?
Doctor:like , do u have any stressful event in the house or office ?
User:i used th get sleep after long time and mean while i will get wakeups
Doctor:DO U WATch TV before going to sleep ?
Doctor:what time do u sleep ?
User:around 10:30
Doctor:and when do u wake up ?
User:7 am
Doctor:first and foremost, u need to stop TV watching , at least before 2 hrs before sleep
Doctor:stop intake of fluids, like cofee or tea too
Doctor:i mean before bed time
Doctor:have a proper time to sleep everyday and stick to it, religiously
Doctor:try meditation or yoga for 30 min before sleep,
Doctor:this will help u to get good amount of proer refreshing sleep
User:before that i used to watch tv and every thing but i will get sleep...but why now?
Doctor:with time, the mind changes, and too much of stimulation will cause it to be agitated
Doctor:this can cause lack of sleep, in most people
User:medidation is compulsary?
Doctor:it is meditation, not medication
Doctor:yes, meditation , will help ur mind to relax and reduce stress
