User:Hello Doctor, I am XXXXXXX
User:I have concern with sleep now a days
User:I sleep well for ~8 hours
User:but still I feel that I am not so fresh in the morning
User:I generally have a busy day and keep my dinner confined to 2 rotis
User:any suggestion here?
Doctor:8 hours of sleep is good enough
User:I start feeling drowsy during the afternoons and by 9 30 pm i feel that i shoot hit the bed
Doctor:You could probably do a physical workout for a healthy lifestyle
User:I do, I skip and jog for 5 km every day

User:do i need to work on my food habits
User:i eat very normal and limited food as well.

User:this is happening from past 2 months..

User:no i dont get time, so i do it in the evenings around 7pm
Doctor:You could probably jog in the morning

User:i dont drink much water, so i started doing that as well from the time i noticed this lag in me
