User :   i m 94.4 kg 6'10 feet

User :   20 years xxxxxx unmarried no dependents i m smoking right now but i smoke rarely and drink 1 beer occassionally

User :   today morning i was frustrated to see only 100 gms loss after walking 10 kms yesterday
Doctor :   Also get in to Swimming and that will help you reduce your lower body and increase your upper body mass hence get you in shape
User :   sometime back the reducing pace was 500 to 600 gms a day

User :   and then i decided to do more and went on to run and walk 8 kms and after that i saw the weight reduced to 1 kg

User :   well not too much my father used to be of 88 kg one time but that was many years back now he is 72 kg

User :   well i have never been ill last year i got fever for which i had been hospitalised for seven days and the fever remained for 1 and half months

User :   due to that i became weak and lost about 50% of calcium in my body

User :   yes they tested but were unable to diagnose it and it happened because of me sinking in wate at a water park

User :   but now i m completely ok and after the fever my weight which was reduced to 87 kg came back to 96.6

User :   no i love water and after the incident still i feel of going into water whenever got a chance
Doctor :   Yes then it will help the cause and if you Do know swimming then that is the best thing that you can start your self on for loosing weight
User :   well i dont know swimming but i m working hard and still the weight stays at it place
User :   well i just want to lose weight from my hips and thighs
Doctor :   this will help you initially to stay afloat and by then you can get to learn swimming please get your self trained by the trained Swimmer beside you since you have a history of bad time at water it becomes all the more essential
