User : hi i was by the ENT last week and their found a node in my right side the size 4,5 in my thyroid so there did a needle biopsy to see that it is cancer ! But now i got up this morning and i lost my voice and i have bad neck in my left side and it is swollen a little i got that pain 2 days now ! Oh and i lose 4 pounds in 1 night ! Is this there something to worry ?

Doctor : Thats right this symptoms may be due to reffered pain due to the puncture into the thyroid glans and this is self limiting
Doctor : yes, it could be due to thyroid gland gland puncture , but not due to any hormonal and is merely a physical phenomenon
User : ok but my thyroid is on the right side not left
Doctor : need not worry , since the gland is supplied superficially by the nerve which does supply most of the throat you do feel the diffuse pain
User : and i have the problem on the left side back in my neck and unter my left ear
Doctor : also the symptoms could have been aggravated by the sorethroat you have
User : oh ok thank you but i also feel a little warm what is iv i get a fieber ??
Doctor : The fever could be straight attributed to the sore throat
Doctor : The symptoms you have are self limiting , but you may need to take medication for the sore throat
User : well i am not sick thats what i am saying my throat is sore from my thyroid when i swallow

Doctor : do wait and watch for another day , if the fever gets more along with the throat symptoms , it is then you may have to be put on antibiotics
Doctor : the feeling of warmth could be a sign of mild fever
User : ok well thank you but just how i say was by the docter and i am not sick ore have a cold
Doctor : You my develop the secondary symptoms a little later after throat symptoms in case of sore throat
