User :   my right arm is numb and itchy it's like thousand of needles poking when i touch my thumb and my arms especially if its tires

User :   my right arm is numb and itchy especially if its tire i saw aneurologist and he said my nerves are okey where is this tinglin coming from

User :   no its just when i hold somethingsensation or when you touch it there's a tingling

User :   no but before they took an xray on my thumb and it has arthritis
Doctor :   When was the x-ray taken ? and what complaint did had that time?
User :   they xray my thumb because it's just numb and hurting but it's different now it 's tingling when you touch it or it has a burning feeling even when i wash it especially withcold water
Doctor :   The most probable cause for numbness and abnormal sensation is nerve weakness
Doctor :   which could not be picked up in examination if its less

User :   butm the neurologist said my nerves are okey
Doctor :   most common cause of nerve weakness is vitamin deficiency
