User :   Dr. i have started neck pain may be couple of days back

User :   now it has increased n cant look at my system n wrk continously

User :   i dnt knw how to elaborate, but i can say my left side of the neck is having the pain

User :   i tried to change my seat positions but still it does not wrk for me

User :   yes last week
Doctor :   do you go the gym or do any exercises like weight lifting ?

User :   no dont go for gym but last week i lifted furnitures @ my home

User :   i used to have whn i used bike but since i stopped it nw its fine

Doctor :   1. take rest now , that is the first thing , minimize all your activities
Doctor :   2. do not lift heavy weights
User :   wht i felt was muscle pain but dnt knw how far its true
Doctor :   3. take tab DOLO 500 MG one tab half hour after food , this is a pain killer
Doctor :   4. you can apply moov or volini sprays over the neck area

Doctor :   gentle massage will help never do rigorous massage
Doctor :   also try hot fomentation
Doctor :   it will give relief
Doctor :   i suggest you to lie of semi soft bed or hard bed than soft bed
Doctor :   avoid cushions

Doctor :   also after you feel better , you can learn back and neck muscle exercises
Doctor :   which you can do daily
Doctor :   this will be helpful
Doctor :   main thing about back or neck pain is you must have patience
Doctor :   it will take time and slow recovery only happens
Doctor :   but with daily exercise you can deal with it
Doctor :   do not travel in two wheelers atleast for sometime
Doctor :   prefer public transport
Doctor :   if it does not improve
Doctor :   please consult an orthopedic surgeon for an examination and he will demonstrate the exercises for you
