User :   Few days back i had a surgery to remove soft tissue lumps on my lower back
Doctor :   ok.
User :   after the surgery the surgeon confirmed them as lipomas
User :   i was in hospital for one day after my surgery
User :   everything was fine
User :   the surgery was on Friday
User :   from two days onwards, I am getting neck pain

User :   surgery was on my lower back

User :   pain is near my neck
User :   i am not able to freely move my head in all directions

User :   I met my institute doc, he said this might due to improper sleeping conditions and might be due to weather changes also

User :   no doc. The pain is appeared to be concentrated near my neck only.

User :   i am feeling uncomfortable when i try to move it side ways while working
User :   29, Male, 171 cms, 67 Kgs and I am an XXX in an XXX
User :   My worry is by any chance any part of muscle is damaged while surgery
User :   if so, i feel the pain should come near that spot i guess
Doctor :   no, usually it cannot be it, if it was, then immediately you will have the effects of pain and stiffness and will last longer
Doctor :   it could be postural related. try with taking these steps.
User :   please go ahead
Doctor :   if do not feel better in 2 days, then meet orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and imaging
Doctor :   1) Tab Dolo 650 mg 2 - 3 times a day after food
Doctor :   2) Relaxyl spray 2-3 times a day, with gentle massage (not DEEP or FIRM)
Doctor :   3) hot and cold fomentation (alternatively) each for 10-15 minutes

User :   i will follow those steps
Doctor :   4) sleep with soft pillow or no pillow
User :   i am sleeping without pillow for past two days
