User :   I have been extremely nauseous. I haven't eaten anything and when I tried with crackers yesterday evening I had awful stomach cramps. But, I haven't vomitted or had diarrhea or anything like that. I've been extremely tired. I had a fever yesterday but I don't have one this morning. My nose is stopped up and my throat is scratchy. I also have a little bit of a cough.
