User :   Doctor , my 80 year old mother has a urinary tract infection
User :   the urine culture report shows e coli
Doctor :   since when ?
User :   sensitive to gentamycin, amikacain,imipenem and morepenem
User :   for about the last one week
Doctor :   and can you tell me the medications she is on right now
User :   since these are injectables, should i start the injection therapy, she has had this before also
User :   she is a diabetic
User :   on insulin
User :   otherwise no other ongoing medication, mild hypertension

User :   he said single dose intramuscular injection 80 mg
