User :   I am having a constat nagging headache since the past 2 weeks
User :   I am waking up with a headache and it is there the entire day until I sleep..
User :   taking painkillers like disprin, saridon etc are not helping me much

User :   I am 26, a software professional
User :   height 5'8'', weigh 54 kgs
User :   and I have short sight, but I got my eyes checked very recently about 1-2 months back

User :   a desktop
Doctor :   are you stressed at home or office ?
User :   a little oflate
User :   but I usually have a 7 hrs sleep

User :   when the headache is very severe, i feel very nauseatic
User :   I am experiencing very restlesness often
User :   the headache is mainly on the forehead and the topcenter of the head

Doctor :   In that case, a complete blood count, and ESR would be helpful to rule out any other causes
User :   I had a complete healtch checkup 2 months back; but this started after that recently.
User :   Ill pulling my reports from the tests now, would that data help or do you think I should run the tests tomorrow?

User :   Ok.. here are the results from my tests 2 months back;
User :   haemo - 13.5 g/dl
User :   pcv 36%
User :   rbc 4.3 million/ul
User :   mcv 84.4 fl
User :   mch 31.0 p/g
User :   mchc 36.8 g/dl
User :   wbc 4800 number/ul
User :   neutrophils 52%

User :   isnophils 2%
User :   yeah.. they were all normal!

Doctor :   Now, the condition that you may be having is tension headache, or cluster headache, or temporal arteritis
User :   Can you tell me the potential causes of having a headache all day every day..

User :   can you please elaborate on cluster headache and temporal arteritis?
Doctor :   the other causes could be elevated intra cerebral pressure
Doctor :   cluster headache and temporal arteritis are associated due to inflammation within the blood vessels of the head
Doctor :   this is called vasculitis
Doctor :   and will be assocated with high ESR
Doctor :   also, the treatment of such a chronic headache may need tests like a MRI, EEG,

Doctor :   but before, using them, you need to have a defintiive diagnosis
