User :   we use to giv the 100ml guardinal to stop it temporarily
Doctor :   well ok let me explain to you that the key in treating is to slowly decrease the dose of the medication with time ... as the frequency of seizures decreases.. as these medications also have strong side effects we recomend not a very long duration of dose to be given
Doctor :   so as for now your doctor has told you to just monitor ?
User :   yes
User :   I would like to share you one more thing

User :   I want to know what is the role of biotin in this case?
Doctor :   well biotin can help
User :   in last visit our doctor asked us to decrease the biotin but from yesterday he started getting seizures again frequently
Doctor :   its not because of that
User :   we use to give it 2 in a day now we are giving it one in a day
Doctor :   yes its ok
Doctor :   how is your child other growth development ?
User :   comparatively there is nothing has been changed in the medication apart from bitin
User :   delayed milestone
User :   now he sits with support
Doctor :   The long-term impact of seizures is very small for most children, especially if there are no underlying abnormalities in the child's brain.
Doctor :   i know you are worried as a parent ...
Doctor :   and a child neurologist is the best person you can go to
Doctor :   ok
User :   we were been to DR XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX (professor)in XXXX
Doctor :   see the mode of treatment more or less remains the same
Doctor :   and management is the key
User :   could ou please elaborate "When you say management"
Doctor :   sure
Doctor :   management mean to take proper care of your child and i am sure as a parent you are doing it well.. also what is more important is to monitor the child ... that too you are doing well
Doctor :   see a child neurologist who has seen your child and done all the tests can tell you the exact ways to work with
Doctor :   making sure all medications are taken on time with the right dose
User :   one more query
Doctor :   sure
User :   in earlier we use to give the medicine before 8 am in the morning
Doctor :   ok
User :   and that time it stopped for 7-9 months
Doctor :   ok
User :   any rcommended time for this
Doctor :   you can carry on with the same timings
User :   ok
Doctor :   also i do want to suggest few things in general
User :   any suggestion for today? as he is getting the seizures freequently
Doctor :   these are general guidelines
Doctor :   If you witness your child's seizure, it is important to prevent the child from harming him or herself.
Doctor :   Place the child on their side to keep the throat clear and allow secretions (saliva or vomit) to drain. Do not try to stop the child's movements or convulsions.
Doctor :   Do not put anything in the child's mouth, and do not try to hold the tongue. It is not possible to swallow the tongue, although some children may bite their tongue during a seizure, which can cause bleeding. If this happens, it usually does not cause serious harm.
Doctor :   Keep an eye on a clock or watch. Seizures that last for more than five minutes require immediate treatment.
Doctor :   please do make sure you are aware all these things
User :   Thanks and I would like to tell you that we are aware of these things
User :   any suggestion for today? as he is getting the seizures freequently
Doctor :   good
Doctor :   you need to take him to the neurologist . if you feel the frequency is increasing today
Doctor :   a checkup is always recommended
User :   he is still getting for 30 secs but the more than 15 times in 24 hours
Doctor :   if its 15 times i suggest you take him so that he can be under medical supervision
User :   ok
User :   Thats all for the day thank you very much
Doctor :   your most welcome
User :   bye
Doctor :   bye bye
