User : have had 2 heart caths done in less than 9 weeks, large stent put in first time, observation 2nd time, had ultrsound done on heart, was told infraction # was 38, was put on metopolo 50mg- 2 aday, ranexa, 500mg- 2 aday, isosorbide mono, 30mg- 1 aday, lisinopril, 5mg- 1 aday, i'm a 56 year old male, weight 230, non-smoker, non drinker, still have shortness of breath, tired alot, and pressure around heart, how long till pills work, been on them for 2 weeks now, thank you

User : no, cardiologist has it, wasn't given a copy , sorry

User : i really don't know, don't really understand everything going on, just know i'm not up to par
User : is the medication seem alright
User : was told if medicine doesn't work, a pacemaker would be another option
