User :   I am having a hard time taking deep breaths. When I breathe in it feelis like the air gets stuck somewhere and doesnt completely go though. I end up trying to take a deep breath over and over again but I start to geth dizzy and ligh headed

User :   It started a couple months ago and it comes and goes

User :   sometimes it lasts for a couple days then goes away and comes back like I have had to today since abot 4 pm

Doctor :   First of all, may I know why you try to take deep breaths?
Doctor :   Is it an exercise you are into?
User :   no
User :   I dont know what causes me to take the deep breath it just happens I breathe and it feels uncomfortable so I have to to keep breathing in until I get a satisfying breath

User :   No coughing or wheezing just I just get dizzy and light headed

User :   I dont know if this could be related but when I sleep I wake up because I get real bad pains in my legs or hips and It feels like they will break if I move so I have to ease out of the position I am in for the pain to go away

User :   no I havent seen a doctor I just ignaored it until today it because it feels like it is getting worse

Doctor :   this problem could be due to mineral defeciency

Doctor :   others include, potassium, sodium, choloride, etc
