User:i am 38 years old male
User:have history of gastric issue
User:from the past 2 days i have severe pain on the back

User:its like sometimes i get breadthless
User:the pain is more from the last 2 days

User:not really, since i did not go for a walk also today morning

User:i did not analize that - nor do i remember the cause
Doctor:Did you have any abdominal pain?
User:not really
User:when i take a XXXXXXX breadth
User:its like a catch
User:and u need to stop
User:due to the pain

User:it aches even while i change sleeping postures
Doctor:From what you've mentioned it seems like this must be muscular pain due to bad posture probably
User:ok, does this happen due to gas
Doctor:I would suggest that you try taking some over the counter pain killers like Paracetamol. Also try applying pain relieving gels like Voveran gel three times a day.
User:ok, so this is not a gastric issue
User:i was taking a lot of jeera yesterday
Doctor:Home remedies are fine.
User:post which i had some relif
Doctor:This is probably not due to a gastric cause.
Doctor:There is no harm in trying out home remedies.
Doctor:See if you get relief with what I've suggested. It should settle in two or three days.
User:but iam getting a lot of blurps
