Doctor :   What was the cause for which mastectomy was done?
Doctor :   I shall explain it to you.
User :   I had cancer on the right breast
Doctor :
The cause for multiple lymphnodes are either due to infection secondary to reduced immunity or secondary to lymphnode metastasis.
Doctor :   So either of this would be the cause.
User :   What is the treatment
Doctor :
A biopsy of a lymphnode will determine what the cause would be.
Doctor :
The treatment depends on the cause.
Doctor :
So my suggestions are
User :   An estimate of the therapy. Medication?
Doctor :
1. You may need a biopsy of the lymphnode to know what the cause for swollen lymphnode is.
Doctor :
2. Check for sugar levels
User :   No such elevated marks
Doctor :
3. Immunity levels need to be checked, by getting the blood test, HIV and so on.
Doctor :
The treatment then would depend on what the cause is.
User :   HIV was negative
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Then I would advise you to discuss the option of getting a biopsy of the lymphnode.
User :   If there is nothing else you want to ask?
Doctor :   Yes, this history is sufficient,
Doctor :
My suggestions is to get an biopsy of the lymphnode
Doctor :
either through a ultrasound guided or CT scan guided
Doctor :
Doctor :
The cost of this procedure varies among different regions and locations.
Doctor :   It should be a little more expensive then the cost for the ultrasound test or a CT scan test.
Doctor :
A biopsy would give a clear picture of what the cause would be.
Doctor :
And then the treatment can be decided based on these reports.
