Doctor :   There are couple of things that i can suspect from the history that you have provided 10 Trigeminal Neuralgia that is the pain that is due to the involvement of the Trigeminal Nerve

Doctor :   20 It could be a Serous otitis media and that is the infection in the middle ear and that can be cleared by the incission
Doctor :   Did you have an EAR examination in these 6-7 years ort consulted the ENT surgeon

Doctor :   Still i would suggest that you get to the ENT surgeon and get the ear examined and also get the Audiometry done to test the Hearing
User :   in more hot or sever cold also i used to get this pain

Doctor :   Then only you will be able to tell what has been the cause for the same and get rid of it since taking symptomatic treatment will not help you here
