User :   I am currently suffering from severe mouth ulcers...I have consulted doctors and most of them have advised me Vitamin C tabs
User :   I am currently having Cobadex and other Vitamin C tablets and also having juices with Vitamin contents
User :   do you suggest me anything else ?
Doctor :   ok,how is daily foood intake.
Doctor :   Do you eat spicy food.
User :   No not much very ocassionaly
User :   I used to smoke...
Doctor :   Ok,Do you have buttermilk,fruits regularly.
Doctor :   Ok so you have stopped smoking.
User :   Right now yes every diet but earlier no
User :   yes
Doctor :   Eat foods which will coll the body like cucumber, moon dal, banana,vegatables,Avoid spicy masala and green chilly.
Doctor :   Avoid eggs and drink buttermilk everyday.And no cofeee.
User :   What about milk ?
User :   its ok to have milk or only buttermilk
Doctor :   Milk is ok, less tea.
User :   ok i am not into tea and coffee

Doctor :   Reduce smoking and drinking, drink lots of water.
