Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
Let me read
User :   hi
Doctor :   she had typhoid fever 5 years back and its been treated
User :   yes
User :   she is 24 yrs old now am 27
Doctor :
now it does not bear any relation with the present problem
User :   you mean if he has any simtoms now?
User :   i meant she upps
Doctor :
i mean the present problem is not related to the typhoid fever she suffered 5 years ago
User :   exacly she is been ok since she was treated
Doctor :   is her periods regular?

User :   yes and she was taking folic acid and doing axarsise , eating well before gat pregnant
User :   lots of resting after she was pregnant on both times
Doctor :   what was the reason for the termination in the first pregnancy?

User :   heavy bleading hormone levels going down
Doctor :   specific diagnosis?

User :   waht i need to know if there is a relation betwen that fever and misscarage
User :   nop
Doctor :   if the disease is active and it is affecting the uterus or ovary than there will be chance of miscarriage

Doctor :
here she is treated and there is no typhoid disease
Doctor :
so the present miscarriage is due to some other cause not relating to the typhoid fever she suffered 5 years back
User :   if you had this fever and it was on advanced level when you were treated is a channce that some organs end up gut a problem because of the desease or the trethment?
Doctor :   if any organ is affected than the person will not be symptom free and he will show up the symptoms constantly.
User :   the typhoid was treated and never show any simtoms again
User :   ok
User :   so there is not any asotiation betwen misscarage and if you had the fever
Doctor :   yes there is no association with the fever which she suffered 5 years back to the present problem

User :   what do you thing can be , i know is hard to say but just an aidea
Doctor :   in the first instance it was the hormonal low level which you mentioned cause for the termination and in second time it was an empty egg. so it seems more so the deficient hormonal function responsible for the failure to maintain the pregnancy
User :   well the hormone level stared low but she was cheked 4 times every other day and the levels were going up very well but after she stared bleading the levels went down
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
cause for bleeding?
User :   n/a they said the uteros was bleading and the bleading was because the body was rejecting dou to hormonelevels stared going down
Doctor :   hormone levels started going down and uterus rejected the fetus and aborted it
Doctor :
Doctor :
what is the cause for hormone levels going down?? did they investigate it
