User :   sometimes i have been waking up with a dull pain in my left testicle...that goes away after i walk around/be active
User :   there is no swolleness
User :   the pain is like a thworting, like blood trying to pump

User :   and like i said once i get moving it stops
User :   and a bayer seems to help when i first wake up...maybe cause its thinning my blood

Doctor :   The causes of testicular pain include torsion ( with sever pain and an emergency) 2) Local trauma due to excessive sex or masturbation 3) Epidydimitis
Doctor :   To rule out the emergency one is asked to get a scrotal ultrasound

Doctor :   So see the doctor for physical exam
Doctor :   if not take ADVIL for a day and see if you can get rid of the pain
