User :   u mean to say heart attack may occur and this is not an attack

User :   Symptoms were left hand pain & chest pain , body tiredness &

User :   we also took Echo test & TMT test on 18th June and found normal

User :   We were told not to do angiography as the TMT & Echo tests were normal

User :   pls suggest any periodical test to be done

Doctor :   should be repeated once in 6 months

User :   rest all were normal

Doctor :   only physical activity and diet will help him
User :   as per ur suggetion we will do lipid test after 06 months
Doctor :   as isolated high triglycerides are not treated by any medicines
Doctor :   he will need to be regular with cardio exercises
