User :   it is pain on one side of the head.. onto my right .

User :   i dont have vomitings.. but some nauseating feeling sometimes...
Doctor :   In most of the migraine cases there would be a factor which triggers

Doctor :   For eg. in some cases the triggering factor is
Doctor :   1. lack of sleep
Doctor :   2. tiring physical work
Doctor :   3. sunlight
Doctor :   4. oily smell
