User :   I have been suffering from Migraines for three years

User :   although I don't know if it is Migraines or Tension Headaches

Doctor :   The right medicines combined with self-help remedies and lifestyle changes may make a tremendous difference.
Doctor :   Look there are many alternative therapies
Doctor :   including Acupuncture
Doctor :   You may adapt any one for the relief
