Doctor :   you have to formulate it in such a way that the active time is used up in reading and the moody / inactive times to play some games

User :   not yet, since its too cool ouside,,,, i feel lazy to go out at early morning
Doctor :   better do it in the evening after 6 as , you will get tired and get a good sleep at night 11

Doctor :   yes, thats a good time but it would be better if you extend it little more like 1.5 to 2 hours , that way your confidence levels up in study matters
