Doctor :   Plantar fasciitis, Heel pad fat atrophy, Achilles tendinitis arefew common cause of heel pain and need examination to be ruled out

User :   i don go for jogging. . when i place the heel in ground, it is paining. if i wear chappal, then not much pain

Doctor :   there is some thing called Calcaneal Spur and that is an Accessory growth in your Calcaneal Bone
Doctor :   associated with plantar fasciitis which is an inflammation of the tendon that runs from the heel to the ball of the foot.
Doctor :   It will need an X-Ray to come to any Diagnosis and if so then you might need to get it removed since your having pain else
