Doctor :   complete physical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis

Doctor :   you have to get it examined by a otorhinolaryngeologist for the same
Doctor :   to rule out infection in the sinuses
Doctor :   since its more recurrent you may have the symptoms lasting for long
User :   well the lightheadedness symtom
User :   never goes away
Doctor :   that can also be expected due to the same
User :   oh and what is done to remove the infection?
Doctor :   You may be put on antibiotics
Doctor :   in long standing cases surgery can also be performed
User :   surgery or antibiotics?
User :   or sometimes it has to be surgery?

Doctor :   and for fever you can tak tab PCT 500mg sos
