User :   hi
Doctor :   Dr XXXXXXX here
User :   hello
Doctor :   let me go thru ur query
User :   sure
Doctor :   based on your query, and history , you may need removal of your CSF, in the spinal canal
Doctor :   but can u grade the severity of your headache form a scale of 1=10
User :   yes, most likely when i see my doc the next time
User :   it is probably about 8
Doctor :   have u have ever removed the CSF, in the past ?
User :   photo and phonophobic as well
Doctor :   the medication list is extensive and is appropriate for your condition
User :   yes, it is not working for me now though
User :   I have taken 10mg of oxynorm already
User :   but it is still not working
Doctor :   if the pain meds are not helping, i am of the opinion that you need in titration of the medications
Doctor :   as well as a CSF drainage by a LP
User :   i'm wondering if it is possible to mix a cocktail of pain medications
User :   yes, but my appointment is in 1 month's time
User :   is there anything i can do in the mean time?
Doctor :   Is it possible for you to go the nearby ER
User :   no insurance coverage
User :   for ER trips
Doctor :   there the doc there, can help you out
Doctor :   oh ok
User :   can i mix different painkillers, I am afraid of overdosage
Doctor :   as such, the EMTALA act, helps people without insurance and u can avail emergency medical care at any hospital
User :   i don't live in the US
Doctor :   where do u reside ?
User :   Singapore
Doctor :   ok
User :   so what do I do now?
Doctor :   do u have the contact no of your GP ?
User :   my neurologist's office
User :   but it is closed
Doctor :   for now, i would suggest you take tylenol for the pain,

User :   even after taking oxynorm?
User :   can I take sumatriptan or cafegot?
Doctor :   no, nothing to worry
User :   I have taken 10mg of Oxynorm about 1 hr ago

User :   so it is ok to mix oxynorm with cafegort/sumatripan? will I get an overdoasage?
Doctor :   not as such,
Doctor :   taking the regular dosage of the drugs is not going to harm u
Doctor :   i would advice you to contact your local doctor as well as to visit the ER or the local helpliine and they will definitely help you out
