User :   i'm a nursing student and we'r supposed to do drug studies, I need medications for giant cell tumor of the bone, post and pre op meds for amputation

User :   what would medications would you prescribe for a patient with a giant cell tumor, and antibiotics for an amputation

User :   i wasnt able to get a hold of my patient's chart, but when i came back, my patient was gone, our clinical instructor let us choose our patients by case. i'm a 4th yr nursing student
Doctor :   Antibiotics are mostly Broad spectrum once (gram +ve and including the gram -ve to) and the
User :   could u give me the brand and dosage? my case study is due tomorrow. :)
Doctor :   It is varied based on the Surgeons choices and if there are any blood investigations that were done..
Doctor :   we are not supposed to prescribe them on the Chat since they are prescription based and require a valid Hand written prescription by the surgeon..
User :   oh. ok. but dont u have the usual round of meds for bone cancers, it's really hard to find it on the net, my C.I told me to look for it. but I understand. ty for your time Doc :)

â?¢Begin teaching the exercises that, after surgery, prevent contractures and strengthen limbs to accept the adjustments in posturing and movement.
Post surgical preparation

Doctor :   Normocytic normochromic anemia and thrombocytosis should be ruled out..
