User :   yep..
Doctor :   may i know your age ?
User :   23
Doctor :   also have u ever concieved ?
User :   nope
Doctor :   what u have is a fibroid in the uterus, which is located between the muscle layer and the outer covering of the uterus
User :   ok
Doctor :   can u tell me where is the fibroid situated ?
Doctor :   exact location described in the scan
User :   also to add on to wat i said..the size of the fibroid mentioned in the report is 30.1*28.3mm
User :   seen near the fundus of the uterus..
Doctor :   if the fibroid is located near the fallopain tube or the isthmus, then it can block the opening and can cause issues like infertility
Doctor :   but a lesion near fundus, is less likely to cause it
Doctor :   the pain during menses and the bleeding could be due to the fibroid
User :   wat s the way to cure he fibriod??
Doctor :   the treatment - is either medical with pills, which will regularise the bleeding and reduce it as well
User :   any surgery tat nneds to be performed??
User :   in my caes..
User :   *case
Doctor :   but, if there are single fibroid, and the site is strategic, then it can be removed by a laparoscopic surgery
Doctor :   is there a single fibroid or many ones ?
User :   single
Doctor :   then, i think u can benefit from a medical line of treatment with pills
Doctor :   and symptomatic pain relief during periods
Doctor :   also, do u have severe bleeding during periods?
User :   not severe bleeding..
User :   normal only..
Doctor :   o
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   in that case medicines will help you better
User :   last month oly i started to ve irregular periods..
Doctor :   you can consult your local gynae, who will give u prescription pills, that will control the bleeding and regularise the periods as well
User :   b4 tat and all i used to ve regular ones..
Doctor :   also since the size is just 3 cm, there is no need to worry as of now
User :   hw long wil this treatment take??
Doctor :   as long as u are having symptoms
User :   symptoms like???
Doctor :   and these pills are just like oral contraceptives, that u take monthly, to avoid pregancy
Doctor :   bleeding, irregular periods etc are the symptoms
User :   ohhh...
User :   if surgery is advised hw much wil tat cost??
Doctor :   when these issues become normal, then the treatemnt can also be stoped
User :   in my case do u perfer me goin for a surgery???
