User :   I have been getting really sharp pains when I run for over a mile that cause me to stop running and walking. After a few minutes the pain will go away and I can continue running, but within a mile or so the pain comes right back. The pain is felt in my lower abdomen around both sides towards my ovaries and I can feel it as well towards my lower back.
