User :   hello, i have a 14 month old daughter that seems to be congested but with clear runny mucus. she is running a slight fever. my husband got a children's tylenol plus cold with Active ingredient in 5 ml are Acetamenophen 160 mg, Chlopheniramine maleate 1 mg and Phenylephrine HCl 2.5 mg. Is this safe for her. If yes, how much should I give her, she's 20 lbs. If this is not safe, what are my options?
