User :   Hi there. I regularly weight train and i eat lots of chicken, vegetables, peanut butter etc. I am 22 by the way i had my blood test results today and my Cholesterol was 215 wi th limits of 130-200mg/dl and my LDL is 160. Is anything that i need to worry about ? Any supplement that will help me reduce it?

User :   the thing is that i do cardio once a week i weight train for times per week
User :   and my diet is an athletic nutrition one
