User :   hi i'm a 20 year old male
User :   i'm suffering from anorexia for a number of years
User :   i'm in recovery mode now
Doctor :   May I know your height, weight & occupation?
User :   since november of last year my weight has come to a stand still, now as the summer is here my weight seems to be dropping a bit and my clothes no longer fit me
User :   i'm 164 cm and 42.5kg and i'm a student

Doctor :   Your BMI is 16
Doctor :   it must atleast be 18 if not more
User :   i take to ensure plus drinks a day and one pedisure and three 30 m calogen along with my breakfast and dinner and lunch and snacks, for a long time these items had me putting on weight but now its quite the opposite
User :   as off today iv started on one enshake aswell
User :   is there any reason that these supplements and the number of meals i am eating are no longer working to put on the weight???

User :   i have a cold at the moment, and iv had white spots on my finger nails and a lump on my eye lid

User :   in the morning i have two slices of toast and butter and a banana, then i have a 30m calogen, at lunch i have a toasted cheese sandwich and a yogurt and a ensure, at dinner i have a fried egg and chips or a pizza or a baked potatoe and beans and then a bowl of icecream and a 30 m calogen and ensure then before bed i have a small applecake and a pedisure and 30m calogen
User :   now im cutting back on one ensure and instead im taking an enshake

User :   im not very active all i do all day is sit untill i walk my dog for 20 minutes at night
Doctor :   You must eat a king size brekfast
User :   i find it hard to eat large amounts due to getting full, iv always eaten around that amount and its always caused weight gain, but now it isnt working!
Doctor :   Add more meat, milk & milk products, proteinaceous vegetables-beans, peas, etc to your diet
User :   how about fruit/nuts/ flaxseed?
Doctor :   Your body is noy recieving the right stimulus
Doctor :   youmust exercis a lot

Doctor :   join a gym
User :   would u recommend weigth lifting at my weight

Doctor :   The more your body is stimulated more will it grow in that direction
Doctor :   Yes fruit/nuts/ flaxseed are rich in calories & proteins
Doctor :   Go ahead & feast on them daily
Doctor :   Meat is perhaps the most important ingredient to gain weight
Doctor :   It is better then any supplement
