Doctor :   Have you been breast feeding? and how long have u done that ?
Doctor :   losing the post pregnancy flab, can be a difficult one, since it involves need for time, managing the diet req for the infant and also the rest of the family
User :   initially, my baby gt absys on hre left hip whn she ws 12 days old, hence culd not feed, but have continued on the same and m still feeding

User :   initially there were a few difficulties till she ws 3 mnths

User :   but since aftr tht i m regulary feeding the baby

User :   obviously, since i m wrking, it becoms restricted to morning and evening feeds
Doctor :   as a matter of fact, you just need to lose about 6-7 kilos

User :   ys but i wnt to loose tht 6-7 kgs

Doctor :   weight can be reduced by a combination of diet and excersise
Doctor :   you will have to make changes in your lifestyle and manage time accordingly and include gym time
User :   but why gym, is walking fr abt half an hr helpful?
Doctor :   its helpful, but you dont get a goal of how many calories you have burnt within that time
User :   coz i hd been to gym once earlier whn i ws nt overweight just to be fit
User :   but cudnt continue fr more thn 15 days
User :   and post stopping gym, i suddenly put on atleast 2 kgs
